| Like the dining room the woodwork had been spared from ever being painted, but it still required a lot of cleanup do to the previous sloppy paint jobs. The carpet, a relic from the '70s was a collection of various stained shades of a hideous orange. Other than a lot of plaster repair, the only structural change to the room was the addition of a wood burning stove. It was the only heat in our house for three years. |
